Hosting accounts are billed monthly by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). When you sign up for hosting, the current month will be prorated. If you sign up prior to the 15th of the month, you will be billed for the prorated amount upon signup and then the monthly amount recurring on the first day of each month. If you sign up after the 15th of the month, you will be billed the prorated amount plus the next full month upon signup then the monthly recurring amount starting on the first day of the month.
Domain names are billed for the term you register them for and are not automatically renewed. You'll receive renewal reminders beginning at 90 days prior to expiration, however, you must log in to your account an manually renew your domain.
